CNC pallet nailing table with robotic arm for handling the pallet after nailing. Depending on the format to be nailed, 1 or 2 nailing areas can be configured, allowing for faster times in standard formats but without losing the versatility of nailing larger pallet models. If the workflow requires it, we can adapt stacking systems or corner cutting stations or thermodynamic engraving of the pallet.
The machine is easily configurable, with an intuitive interface that allows you to customize nailing patterns (such as 3 nails in a triangle for example) and save programs for more than 200 pallet formats.
We offer different options, from tables with wooden boards (the simplest), to models with adjustable height tables and plates that allow much more versatility for the most demanding customers.
