A Modern Solution for Industrial Maintenance
Ultrasonic cleaning is now widely used in industrial facilities and specialized workshops to remove resins, adhesives, and embedded dirt from cutting discs—without the need for intensive mechanical scrubbing.
Our system is built to handle industrial disc diameters and deliver fast, consistent cleaning cycles. We offer a wide range of sizes adapted to the needs of our customers.
How It Works — and Why It’s So Effective
Ultrasonic cleaning works through cavitation: high-frequency sound waves create microscopic bubbles in the cleaning bath. These bubbles implode and dislodge the adhered contaminants, reaching areas that are otherwise inaccessible to manual cleaning.
When operated with the proper parameters—frequency, power, temperature, and detergent formulated for wood resin residues—this method removes resins, varnishes, and other deposits quickly and efficiently, with far less mechanical wear than brushing or scraping.
- Cycle Time: Industrial cleaning cycles typically range from just a few minutes up to 10–20 minutes depending on the level of buildup. Many manufacturers report that multiple discs can be thoroughly cleaned in 5–10 minutes per cycle.
- Detergents: Our industrial ultrasonic cleaning system for cutting tools generally uses aqueous, alkaline, or resin-specific solutions, rather than harsh acids.
Proven Advantages
✅ Deep cleaning in hard-to-reach areas, including between teeth and grooves.
✅ Reduced manual maintenance time and lower risk of surface damage from brushing or scraping. Safer and easier system to operate.
✅ Compatibility with industrial disc sizes when using equipment designed for this purpose (proper tanks, supports, and rotators).
