Two Configurations to Suit Your Needs
Customers can choose between two different ES121 systems based on their operational requirements:
🔹 SHK: Fixed Saw, Mobile Package
The SHK model features a mobile carriage and parallelogram system, allowing the opening to separate after the cut. This ensures a cleaner saw positioning for the next cut, significantly improving precision with a ±1mm tolerance.
Since the saw and operating platform remain static, the operator can perform other tasks while the machine completes the cutting process, such as strapping or preparing the next package.
🔹 FSHK: Fixed Package, Mobile Saw
The FSHK System is an ideal solution for precise end cuts, even on edgeless or stacked products with gaps. The positionable saw unit allows stationary packages to be cut to the desired length, making it an excellent choice for users with limited space, due to its compact dimensions.
